ContactGenie Exporter is commercial software. The <eval/trial> version is in fact the complete version of the PREMIUM edition of the product restricted only by the number of records that can be exported. Applicable product features are set and Export limitation is removed when valid registration information is entered.
Purchasing a valid license entitles you to one year of unlimited free email technical support and any updates to the product issued for the major version purchased. For example, if you have purchased version 1.0.3, you are entitled to all updates related to any version within 1.x such as 1.3 but does not include upgrades to a new major version release such as 2.0.

It is also important that you retain both your order "reference number" as well as "registration information" in a safe place since this information may be used in future to validate automated upgrades between the various programs and editions.
