Product Activation

Once a product is registered, it will also need to be "activated" which can be done online for immediate activation or manually by sending the appropriate information which is done from within the CG ToolKit program in the event a firewall prevents access. Activation must occur within 15 days after the registration being entered at which point the program will cease to function.

Each license can be activated concurrently on 2 computers used by the same person. Activation requires an internet connection to the ContactGenie servers. In some cases, the activation request will be blocked by a firewall in which case, follow the <Manual Activation> process and activation instructions will be returned via email within 48 hrs of being received.

To activate CTK above the 2 computer limit, it must first be de-activated on the original computer which also can be done automatically.

Once the product has been registered, the <Activate/DeActivate> options will become visible and active by clicking on the Help menu option on the CG Toolkit menu bar.
