Updates are not processed until explicitly applied and all pending changes can be viewed prior to application(not applicable for Export function).
The <Preview> shows all changes that would take place and is not restricted in any fashion (i.e. there is no difference in what the Preview would display before or after the product is registered).
In Preview mode you can:
1. View all pending changes with <Before> and <After> values
2. Change view so that changes can be seen by:

| c. | First Last Name |
| d. | Last, First Name |
| e. | Company Name |
| f. | FileAs |
3. Ability to change pending update value on a contact by contact basis prior to bulk update
4. View/update individual contact information either in summary form or via Outlook display
5. Save pending changes to a CSV text file (includes all identification fields and long-term EntryID field)
for do-it-yourself offline processing.
