This function enables the removal of specific email addresses from one or more Personal Distribution lists.
Notes:
| 1. | Contact folder selection - the initial folder selected from the main CTK window will be the initial folder used - selecting a new contact folder will not clear the Email Address list - the process can be repeated as many times as required using different contact folders |
| 2. | Email address list - enter as many email addresses as required that you wish to delete from the selected PDLs - selecting a new contact folder within this process will not result in this list being cleared - email addresses are not case sensitive |
| 3. | Selecting PDLs - only PDLs contained within a selected contact folder will be displayed |
| 4. | Preview/Process - the Preview/Process button will only become enabled when at least one email address has been entered and one PDL has been selected - Clicking on this button will initiate the <Preview> function enabling you to delete any items listed prior to being updated by CTK |
