Starting Duplicate Contact Manager within CG Toolkit is the same as for any other Toolkit function:
The steps that need to be followed are:
| 1. | Select a contact folder (for more info see: <Select Contact Folder>). The selected folder becomes the <Primary Contact Folder> as described in <Primary Folders and contacts> |
| 2. | Determine whether or not scanning for duplicates is to be restricted to a specific message class or if differences in message class values are to be ignored (see Selecting Message Class). |
| 3. | Select the <Process Contact Duplicates> function. This will invoke the <Duplicate Options> screen. |
